Liquidation and Bankruptcy Clearance
When a Tenant goes into liquidation, there are numerous things for the Landlord / their managing agent to consider. At MCM, we understand that warehouse/site clearance is a time-consuming headache that you would rather not have to consider. We clear stock, machinery, waste and clean the warehouse to your specification.

Site Clearance
MCM undertakes site clearance works to remove vegetation and trees. In addition, we can spray sites with herbicide to control and manage weed/vegetation growth.
Health and Safety and Insurance
MCM is committed to safe working practices and Health and Safety. Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are used on site for works as required. All subcontractors must have appropriate training and insurances.
MCM are fully insured by NFU Mutual and hold £10 million of Public Liability, £10 million of Employers Liability and £1 million of Environmental Liability.
